Getting your order to you

Australian orders

Free shipping on all orders over $90 Australia-wide.

Standard shipping is $12.95 for orders under $90.

Dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of your order being placed.

Delivery typically 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Regional and rural areas may take longer.

International orders

We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have not received this within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at jessie@evercircle.au.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your EverCircle products. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in original condition.

Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded in full. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.

To start a return or exchange, email jessie@evercircle.au with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within two business days.

The 5-wash guarantee

We stand behind our formulas. Try any EverCircle haircare product for 5 washes. If your hair does not feel better, contact us and we will refund you. No questions asked.
