Shipping and delivery

Everything you need to know about getting your EverCircle order. Made on the NSW South Coast and packed by hand.

Australian orders

Complimentary shipping on orders of $90 or more, Australia-wide.
Standard shipping is $15.00 for orders under $90.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

International orders

We ship to selected countries with Australia Post. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location and order size. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are paid by you on delivery. They are not included in our shipping price.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If it hasn't arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.

Packaging

We keep packaging simple and minimal, with recyclable materials wherever we can.

Returns and our 30-day happiness guarantee

Not right for your hair? Easy returns, no fuss. If a product isn't working for your hair, tell us within 30 days of delivery, even if you've opened it. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
